Bad app

I purchase this app to help navigate me and my family to Alberta Canada.
During the trip the app would crash and have to be reloaded.
Also as soon as we got into Canada the app completely stopped working.
So when I got back into the states I called tech support to explain the issues I was having. The rude operator said quote " you should have know that our app only works with WiFi" hum that is funny.
This App needs more work as intended by the sales pitch.
