This app is junk! I want my money back and I want it back now! Dont even download this garbage!

Needs improvement! I updated to the "new version" and it only became slower... I wouldnt buy again.

Dont waste your money it is not worth it, App kept turning off on me. You been warned do not subscribe!

So slow to react and freezes all the time just crap needs to be removed ASAP

Ive had this app for about 7 months now and still use it every day. Is it infallible? No, it works well. It takes common sense and a little critical thinking on the drivers part to know you are in a situation such as getting routed through a residential area. All truck route GPS will do that and tell you to make a u-Turn. Pre plan your trip, that helps with a lot of mistakes. This is a good App and I have had very little trouble with it.

I purchase this app to help navigate me and my family to Alberta Canada. During the trip the app would crash and have to be reloaded. Also as soon as we got into Canada the app completely stopped working. So when I got back into the states I called tech support to explain the issues I was having. The rude operator said quote " you should have know that our app only works with WiFi" hum that is funny. This App needs more work as intended by the sales pitch.

I just purchased the subscription online but not able to activate the iPhone app. Called customer support during normal office hours, it went to voice mail. Sent an email to Helpdesk and text them, still no response. Theres a link for refund on the website which also does not work.

I agree with "Bedbugger"s review. You need some sort of free trial. I drive an RV and need similar information but Im not willing to pay $10 just to see if it works. Perhaps even the ability to create a route but with no GPS guidance functionality. Living in Connecticut, there are low bridges along the coast and NY parkways that dont allow larger vehicles. I need to know a route is safe for travel.

No way to reach customer service. This app crashes when you need it the most. I travel a lot in my business and I bought this application to help get me around New York City, but my last two trips there this app crashed at least 4 to 5 times while trying to wrap me around the city of New York and out of the city. Way too expensive to purchase something like this and it not work at the main point in time when you need it the most.

Ive had this app for awhile I bought as a companion to my garmin I like the satellite details for getting into the customers place of business its a pretty good app overall like I said as a companion to a real gps

I just downloaded the app, Im giving it a seven day subscription trial to see how it works. Im using iPad and the iPhone and I had a few issues getting from iPad to iPhone and contacted customer service. With in one minute I was on the phone with Karen from customer service as she walked me through everything even taking the time to give me a few tips on how to use it, and was absolutely the most pleasant person Ive dealt with on the phone in a long time. Just 30 minutes using the app and Im hooked! Im going to get the yearly subscription. Great app great job! Its worth the $10 to try it and if youre a truck driver like me it is a great help!

2 stars just because am nice this app is not working for me just waste 10 dollars on nothing goes off for nothing and for plan a trip you got to put you location manually really you know where am and the graphics are not good looks like from a old gps version and calculate very slow you guys need put more work on this app

I signed up for a seven day trial period. Maybe this is a good routing app but I find the constant audio tones of upcoming turns to be beyond annoying. First because everytime the tone goes off it causes any other audio I am listening to on my device to completely stop playing and is a MAJOR distraction. Second there are far too many tones occuring. And while you can turn off the voice directions in the settings menu, there are no controls for these annoying tones. My advice to developers, make the app interface better with other media players. Make the tones controllable in the settings menu.

Deleted as fast as I downloaded it. Not paying for gps to Many free apps for that.

I have been using this app religiously for a year now with an iPhone 6 Plus and have found it to be very accurate. I prefer an American sounding female voice over its British counterpart for the navigation. It also uses 45 gigs of memory so make sure you have enough before attempting a download. I love the truckstop option and the DOT scales within 7 miles option showing you those points of interest along your route. Im giving it five stars for its accuracy and functionality. I like being able to search by company name just like google instead of address only on the more expensive stand alone gps units sold in truck stops. Overall, it is a very useful app which I am well pleased, it has been a blessing to me.

I bought this app to help me negotiate the roads in the metro NYC area. I have a commercial van and do service calls in Long Island and several of the boroughs of NYC.The first time it used it, it directed me on to a "parkway". But all parkways in NY are passenger cars only. I have sent them updates to please correct this, but as yet have not seen this corrected. What good is a "truck" app that brings yoiu on roads that trucks are not allowed On. Hopefully they will correct this soon. I bought a 3 month subscription, I hope I can buy it for a year , but will only do it if they correct this. otherwise I can get the same wrong directions on google or waze.

Where do I start? App is very bulky as you must try and change settings it refuses to allow changes. Toggle buttons dont work. Does it route the best possible. Even a truck quickest why window mounted GPS gave better routing and quicker times that this app. No detail on the iPod/iPhone version. Can only put in one way point at a time. Map jumps around it doesnt let you get a large view of the area. It only looks at about the nearest 10 miles. Doesnt show much detail in the way of cross routes. Has no traffic support or warnings. Next to impossible to find a fuel location in another city without looking at 20 different stations. Not worth the price. Go out and buy a Garmin or a Rand McNally. Youll be better off. Deleted my app and didnt even finish my weeks subscription.
