This application is OK when it works.

No way to reach customer service. This app crashes when you need it the most. I travel a lot in my business and I bought this application to help get me around New York City, but my last two trips there this app crashed at least 4 to 5 times while trying to wrap me around the city of New York and out of the city.
Way too expensive to purchase something like this and it not work at the main point in time when you need it the most.
