4 star customer service!!
I just downloaded the app, Im giving it a seven day subscription trial to see how it works. Im using iPad and the iPhone and I had a few issues getting from iPad to iPhone and contacted customer service. With in one minute I was on the phone with Karen from customer service as she walked me through everything even taking the time to give me a few tips on how to use it, and was absolutely the most pleasant person Ive dealt with on the phone in a long time. Just 30 minutes using the app and Im hooked! Im going to get the yearly subscription. Great app great job! Its worth the $10 to try it and if youre a truck driver like me it is a great help!
