This app will not even open but I paid for it ,,Smh.... i need a full refund!

It can be annoying at times occasionally tells you there is no internet connection. Pop-up messages like when you cross state borders that I have to reach up and clear is also annoying. Occasionally tells you to go opposite direction then shows you doing U-turn and coming back the same way. Gives good directions most of the time.

Do not buy this app I used it for a few days it tells you the exit is on the left side on the highway even though its on the right side. I was loaded at 80,000 pounds and it sent me on a 5 ton limit road. Stay away for this app. I called customer service for a refund and they said you do it though the app but they lied and now when I call back they dont answer.

This app will save you time and fuel. If you drive hazmat its a must! The customer service is excellent and for $99 for three years you cant beat it

This app locks up, closes often. You can not trust it to work when you need it. British accent that is hard to understand and is annoying. Directions are repetitive sometimes to the point of 4 or 5 times within a mile and sometimes wrong. Telling you a right exit when it is a right exit. Hill notices are very inaccurate.

Update 02|01|17 The STR team listens and works hard to get things right. It may take some time but the updates they have coming made me happy with the problems I had. Original 5 stars if this app had background support. Any calendar alert knocks it out of driving mode. When I start moving it should start navigating not me having to go back and restart the navigation. Also needs some more detailed instructions. In mor urban areas like the nj turnpike hearing keep right or left will help out not just next exit 10 miles ahead when their could be multiple maneuvers in between.

App that works with "Plan" and misled me on a very simple way, made me passed in a no-truck in a residential area with many intersection too narrow for a 35 feet truck... imagine with a 53 feet!!!

Tried on my 5s and 4s, never worked, crashed from 1st attempt. Total time waste I will say.

I am trying to plan a route between two points but it is impossible to do as it always brings me back to my location! Very frustrating , freezes Got online help but no resolution of my problem

No need for outdated old style GPS. I like using my phone, especially on larger screen. I like the announcements for when to turn and the routes are good for trucks. They put me on the right side of delivery so no U-Turns.

This app saves me every day. I wouldnt want to drive without it. Getting my company to pay since I do all my deliveries with this app. It really gives good truck routes. Recommended to other drivers at my company.

Beats the GPS I have been using. When that GPS broke I decided to use my phone instead. I like the truck routes and also use the built in odometer system to keep track of my miles in each state

The GPS works great! This app is a must for every truck driver!

The GPS on this app works better than my cars GPS hands down
