Free app but once you open it you have to pay for a subscription for use...

Keeps me out of trouble, love it.

Great tool, they update it all the time. I gave them suggestion and they checked it out and updated their service the same day. Excellent customer service.

Downloaded on my iPhone 5 version 7.1.2 (11D257) every time I hit the search button the app crashed But Ill update the app and give it another shot I noticed the trial works between 1-2 pm or eastern time

Not good for RV travelers. App does NOT like to vary from its chosen route. I purchased because I was making a month long trip thru the New England States. I understood that there were lots of older low bridges. We have a 136" big rig and didnt want to knock the top off. Not once did this App warn of a low bridge. I used for a week, then gave up. I did much better with Google maps in conjunction with "RV Parks & Campgrounds" which marked low bridge hazards on their maps. At times I would have all three apps open, so I had a great comparison going. I would not recommend for RVing. Dont waste your money. Would love a refund as I purchase 3 month use.

App need so much work ..

Bought a three month subscription on my iPhone, and a full year subscription on my tablet. They are two different versions, so I had to pay for them separately. Neither one works properly. Rarely do they connect to the Internet, while my other apps have no difficulty. I cant turn off the warning for curves and hills, which I dont need. Wish I could figure out how to contact someone.

I have been using this app religiously for six weeks now and have found it to be very accurate. I prefer an American sounding female voice over its British counterpart for the navigation. This app crashes from time to time generally after creating a new route. I usually just re-create it and its fine from that point forward. I love the truckstop option and the DOT scales within 7 miles option showing you those points of interest along your route. Im giving it four stars due to crashing from time to time however, if this is fixed in a future update I will give it a fifth star for its accuracy and functionality. Overall, it is a very useful app which I am well pleased, it has been a blessing to me.

Spent $10 for the 7 day subscription because I needed it for a day and one route. The only route it would provide me was not a legal route. Id ask for my money back but I dont know how.

This app randomly asks for license key in the middle of a route, randomly runs you around circles, errors out rather than reroute. When you need it the most, it will get you in the worst pickle. Should have expected it from a company named "Teletype" who makes it. Shame on me for paying for this horrible antiquated mess from Teletype.

This app has evolved much over the last three years Ive been using it. Its not the perfect solution for every situation, but few tools are. Although $99 for three years seems like a lot it really is comparable to the other tools we truckers should use for example: Truck driver atlas, laminated large print: $59.00 Truckers GPS, about $375.00 Though there has been a few issues as of late, like that licensing key issue thing really was a pain and the occasional crashing when I want to see the whole route which I then email to myself. At some point they gave me an additional three months subscription which actually ends in May. I will be be renewing my subscription (3 year) although it will be interesting to see how they go about reminding me of its expiration. We drivers cant just pull over anywhere and update our "key info". We need our "tools to work" while we are using them and this one does a decent job and its getting better all time.

This is a good app but its really laggy. Please fix it

What I dont like about this app outweighs what I like. It relies on a cellular connection, so no maps saved to phone for it to follow if you go through a dead zone. It has pop ups when you are driving that you must clear or they stay on the screen, so Im reaching to clear them off while Im driving. It gives directions before you start moving and will keep repeating until you get moving really annoying.

If the app is not free, then why dont tell people before download?
