Why the app turned off when Im using it?

They stay stock. Take to much time to run and react to any function. Im tring to use in my iphone 6plus in a Lte network.

Well, it helps. Sometimes. But for a premium product such a this I would expect more from this app. Like real life traffic information, and more rout options or at least routs that dont take me on a left turn where only busses and cabs aloud. (Washington DC left turn from Connecticut Ave NW to st. to K st. It took me a lot of time to get out of there at 5 o clock rush hour) Dont get me wrong. I bought 100 dollar 3 year subscription almost a year ago, and I want same results like I get on Google maps or Apple maps. Except I get a laggy app on an iPhone 6s Plus, no background music, and routing option that funnels me true worst congestions possible (road work? No problem, lets rout you through it, youll save a lot of money on Diesel and time) what a joke of an app. Im hoping to see some major updates, in order for me to continue paying for this app. I want this following updates! 1. Truck routing that actually work, and give me at least 3 rout options based on local traffic. 2. Traffic info, not just blindly routing in to unknown. 3. Offline maps. 4. Smooth app experience. Like, for example, my navigation curser jumps around when this app portends to loose its gps signal (which dont happen on Google, Apple, and Here maps) and smooth satellite map scrolling. 5. Way to turn off that annoying beeping before Im about to make a turn, or if app bugs a gps signal. 6. Background music playback from Apple Music (cant drive a truck without my Apple Radio)
